Like with Forever Ambergris, this seems to be a popular Season 5 episode as well as an episode I thought I'd revisit.
It's basically a story about an Asian telepathic woman who has an abusive, cruel, cook telepathic husband as a clown as they both work in a traveling circus. Thanks to her husband's cruelty, the woman has an affair with a fire-breathing guy and the guy ends up getting burned to death by the clown after the clown learns of the woman's infidelity through telepathy. Of course the woman gets revenge by using her telepathy to manipulate a man-eating gorilla to kill the clown later in the episode.
Like with Forever Ambergris, I don't know if this is one of the absolute best of Season 5, but it's certainly not one of the worst. It's probably better-than-average for an episode that's simplistic but watchable.

It's pretty good. Not exactly one of the best but enjoyable enough. Also worth noting it has Phil Fondacaro in it, who would later be in Bordello Of Blood and years earlier was the titular creature in the Tales From The Darkside episode, The Yattering And Jack.

It's always been curious to me that (on the dvd at least) the quality is noticeably inferior to the other Season 5 episodes. I wonder why that was.

Could be the way it was filmed or WB wasn't as careful when they remastered it.

Well 3, 4, and 5 in particular go the shaft when it came to remastering the show for DVD. The other seasons, while not great, at least looked more adequate.
