The episode was called “Staired in Horror”. Synopsis from IMDB: Fugitive Clyde is on the lam from an angry mob. He seeks refuge in a decrepit old mansion owned by an elderly woman. Unbeknownst to Clyde, said creepy abode has an unusual curse attached to it.
I faintly remember this one (he’s what I remember most, although I think it’s a pretty minor role), and I think I was rather fond of it! Going to give it a watch tonight.
You may also know him from Full Metal Jacket or Toy Story, amongst other roles.

Saw the news and am very shocked and saddened, R.I.P. A tremendous actor and enjoyable to watch in everything he was in. I didn't agree with his political views but there was no denying his talent as an actor as well as him being a war hero. I've always enjoyed Staired In Horror from TFTC and it's among the better Season 6 episodes. He'll be terribly missed.

Yeah right there with ya, disagree with his politics, but very entertaining on the screen! I often forget most of season 6, not a ton of particularly memorable episodes, so was great to go back and catch that one!

Damn we lost another TFTC actor today - Harry Anderson. Korman’s Calamity! He was also great on Cheers, Tales from the Darkside, as well as his other roles.

Sad we've lost both so close to each other Ermey was also awesome in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake and it's prequel. He sure was good at playing nasty villains like his character in those films. He's also in Se7en, which is a total classic.

R.I.P. Gunnery Sergeant!
Every role he was in, from Full Metal Jacket, Se7en, Texas Chainsaw, Saving Silverman, Toy Story, there was no way you couldn't keep your eyes off the screen when Ermey was on. He always brought such energy to his roles.
