Never said they did, it was the Rebels in space who did. The Ewoks took care of the ground forces I shall check out the rest soon from now, I'm in a Star Wars mood as is with Solo just a couple of days away. I'm rather intrigued about Solo and am honestly more interested in the spin-off films than the sequel trilogy. Rogue One quickly became my new favorite film of the series.

I ended up getting a lot of unexpected extra work these past couple of days (not a bad thing, always good to make more cash), so I didn't get time to check the rest out but will this week.
On the subject of Star Wars, saw Solo opening night after work and thought it was surprisingly very good. I've enjoyed the Star Wars spin-offs so far between Rogue One and Solo, and welcome more.

Well as I've said, I'm looking forward to your comments on the rest of the shorts. Speaking of Solo, as luck would have it, a new Forces of Destiny short starring the character of Qi'ra debuted on the same day the film came out. I don't know if Emilia Clarke voices Qi'ra, but if you want another adventure with the character, here you go:
Triplecross A space pirate named Hondo teams up with bounty hunter droid IG-88 to capture Qi’ra, but she outsmarts both her pursuers by pitting them against each other so that she can collect the bounty on them.

After Solo I'm definitely interested to see more of her character.

I'm sure soon enough you'll get more shorts from her character, other Solo characters, and of course shorts from all other characters from all the other Star Wars films.

It's a given for sure. Seems Disney is going out of their way to give every character their time in the spotlight.

Well one thing that makes Star Wars stand out from other franchises is how rich it is with its characters. That gives a show like this a good amount of creativity.

Definitely. Just one character on their own is worthy of their own series.

I'm excited about the recently announced Boba Fett film, but worry with Solo's underperformance if it's affected plans for more spin-off films.

I think they'll still happen, but Disney needs to space them out more.

For sure. I think right now it's a case of too much of a good thing, which is a trap even Star Wars can fall into. Plus the extremely split reaction to The Last Jedi likely didn't help.

I agree that Star Wars can suffer from franchise fatigue like any other franchise. Some people are against that though.
It's funny how people complain about Force Awakens playing it safe and yet they still love it anyway. But when Last Jedi takes risks and fulfills that demand, people hate it with a passion. It's like "Well what do you want?" Those who love Star Wars are the ones who hate it the most.

So very true. It's a case of trying to have your cake and eat it too, either do or don't. I find so many Star Wars as is can be so petty and picky about every single little thing about the series and it's pointless to ever try to argue with them. I've enjoyed all of the films to some degree, even the prequels.
