Took care of our "new member" Bibilaskelly who spammed the board with the usual internet spam. First time I've had to take such moderator action, hopefully it won't happen again.

I wonder what this "Bibilaskelly" character was spamming on here. Sometimes, you have to watch out for people like this.

Thanks. They were just spamming for people to try what they were selling, and you know that's always a rouse to con people.

I still occasionally get messages like that in my e-mail, like those annoying ones asking you to send money to help out with a prince or something like that.

I still get them even after doing that. I ban one spammer and still get more from different addresses. Ugh.

I remember as far back as the early 2000s I'd still get them as well. Even worse were the X-rated ones I'd get, ugh.

The X-rated ones were especially bad when they would come with pop-ups that would suddenly besiege your computer.

I can never get any sort of pop-up blocker to work for me, so I'd always be prone to getting attacked by pop-ups regardless.
