Again I’m sorry to hear times have been rough this millennium. Obviously I want everyone to be happy but sadly that’s not how life works unfortunately. Like I mentioned the early 2000’s were tough. After witnessing the terrorist attacks in NY I suffered from PTSD and nightmares for a few years afterward which wasn’t fun. When I met my wife things got a lot better. But yeah the 90’s were so good for me. I think it was the best decade to “ come of age” and be a teenager. It was the period before technology really took off which IMO has caused more problems especially for younger people Since the new millennium

I was a kid throughout the 90s, and will always be very grateful I was. I feel the 90s we had just enough advanced tech that didn't deter from everyday life like so much of it does now ever since things like iPhones.

I remember when I started high school in 97 beepers were the big thing 😂. There were cell phones(Nokia)but they were huge, expensive. And you got like 5 minutes per week to use it 😂

It's easy to forget beepers ever existed, nobody really uses them anymore these days. I remember how ridiculously oversized cell phones back then were. It was kind of embarrassing to be seen using one back then to be honest with how big they were.

Yeah I have t seen a beeper since the early 2000’s. That’s around the time they started getting phased out and mobile phones too over. I remember Nextel’s got big around that time

I didn't start using the internet until 2000, but I remember how much simpler a lot of website designs and layouts were. I miss that, though I definitely don't miss the days of dial-up.

I don't miss the days of being kicked offline all of a sudden, especially when I was in the middle of downloading.

I wouldn't even dream of trying to watch a YouTube video on dial-up. Downloading on it was bad enough.

Yeah kids today don’t realize how difficult It was to connect to the internet with dial up in those days Exactly. Even I remember when my family had to use dial up in order to use the Internet back in the late 1990s to early 2000s.

I remember the days of using programs like Napster and AudioGalaxy to download music before being able to download right from YouTube.

Damn I remember Napster 😂. Back then I thought it was amazing yet now it’s ancient compared to everything else

I'm old enough to remember when Metallica sued Napster.
