For me:
Ezra - Fitting Punishment. No words can describe what a cruel, spiteful and all-around deplorable person he was not just for his meanness to others but the absolutely reprehensible way he abused his own nephew and killed him just to no longer have to take care of him. It was upsetting in a way you didn't get to see his onscreen demise since of all the antagonists he's the one I most wanted to see get it.
Jonas - Collection Completed. A bully and anyone who's cruel to animals like he is deserves the worst possible punishment.
Les Wilton - House Of Horror. I hate bullies and seeing one as nasty as him get his just desserts at the end and in such a gruesome way was awesome.
Mitch - The Thing From The Grave. Not just an enormous D-bag but also a liar, manipulator and killer. He still has one of the absolute most satisfying just desserts of the entire series, IMO.
Howard Prince - None But The Lonely Heart. The way he cheated and conned those older women was despicable. He too has a wonderful comeuppance that was so pleasing.
Sylvia Vane - Only Sin Deep. I hate selfish and narcissitic people like her who only care about themselves and their looks. In a way it was better she didn't die but rather had to live with becoming as physically ugly as she did, a fate arguably worse than death when her physical appearance matched the ugliness of who she was on the inside.
I'm sure there's a lot more for me but these are the ones that most leap to mind for the time being.

Diggs in Carrion Death was also pretty bad, though he made for an entertaining villain of the "love to hate" variety.

Lavonne(Last Respects) - This bitch was a shitty sister, cold hearted person in general, and greedy as hell. I hate that we didn't see her get her comeuppance. Helen Curtis(Beauty Rest) - This chick has the nerve to call out on women who may or may not be sleeping their way to the top, while she's willing to kill to get to the top. Lou Paloma(The Trap) - I don't care what anyone says. It's impossible to feel sorry for an abusive, disgusting piece of shit like this bastard.

Mildred Korman(Korman's Kalamity) - Hilarious but a rotten character. She's the classic nagging wife and is clearly psychotic control freak. I bet if Jim wanted a divorce, she wouldn't give it to him because she wants to control him. Though I don't agree with cheating on your spouse, I don't really blame Jim for finding solace in someone that would care about him and love him like Laura(or is it Lorla?). Mildred didn't have the decency to leave him be and let him breathe for crying out loud! She had it coming when she tried to kill him to which his monstrous creation inadvertently destroyed her when she couldn't control her damn loud ass mouth.

Going through so many of the episodes again lately for Halloween, General Kalthropp in Yellow is another who's pretty hateful. Killing your son all because he's scared to die in battle and lying to him he's going to be okay, that's a whole level of cruelty. He'd rather his son be dead just to say he's a hero? Dalton in Forever Ambergris was another who was pretty horrible, thinking back to him. And in a very real way, I consider Horton's assistant in Television Terror to be the real antagonist of that episode rather than Horton, himself.

Having watched Demon Knight last night, I forgot just how despicable Roach is. He deserved so much worse.

It's actually kind of upsetting in a way you don't get that good a look at Roach's demise when it happens. I really wanted to see him die and suffer horribly.

He could be argued to be a worse villain than The Collector in some ways.

He could be argued to be a worse villain than The Collector in some ways. I agree. At least The Collector was, in a twisted way, charming and delightful.
