Of those choices I'd say Mufasa in The Lion King. Not that the other two aren't as sad, excellent choice in choosing Mufasa. Even as a child, his death broke my heart. |

It's very intense and deep for a children's film as well. Back then Disney sure wasn't afraid to scare kids.
