If I had any artistic talent I'd attempt to draw such covers but I'm a lousy artist and can't draw to save my life. It'd be a cool project for someone to tackle for sure.
The underrated Deep Rising is another somewhat EC/TFTC-like movie, especially with the ending. If you've never seen Deep Rising it comes highly recommended. Great fun monster romp.

If you had the artistic talent, I bet you would do a great job. I'm still learning more about proper art technique but I'm still working on trying to create EC/TFTC-esque comic book covers for films that would appear to be like extended TFTC episodes. I've heard of the film, Deep Rising, and it definitely fits the EC/TFTC formula. Another film to add to my list.

I forgot to mention this. A few weeks ago, my mother and I watched the film, Fargo on HBO. While I was watching it, I came to the conclusion that it has that similar mystery and black comedy atmosphere like some TFTC episodes.

The more I think it over, I think the first Candyman has a bit of an EC feeling to it, at least with the ending, not to spoil it for anyone who has yet to see it. I actually recall there's some use of lighting in it that slightly evokes EC as well.

The movie Dolls (by Stuart Gordon of Re-Animator and From Beyond) is a little EC-like as well in some aspects. Not sure if anyone here has seen it, but it's a very good movie and well worth tracking down.

I'd bet good money Stuart Gordon grew up reading EC Horror comics and had them in mind when he made many of his films. Real shame he never did a TFTC episode. If it's ever rebooted, Gordon should do an episode or two for sure. He would've been perfect back in the day for the show. He also did an episode of the short-lived anthology series Fear Itself, called Eater, and it too is also very EC-like in a number of ways.

Another TFTC-like Horror film I recall is The Night Flier, which feels very TFTC/EC-like from my recollection, especially with the ending. It also has the late, great Miguel Ferrer in it.

The Night Flier. I have to check that one out. Even the title itself sounds like the title of any of the 1950s EC Comics horror or crime stories.

Interestingly enough it's adapted from a Stephen King short story, and King himself was heavily influenced by the EC Horror comics of his youth.

-Death Becomes Her -The Others -The Skeleton Key -American Psycho -What Lies Beneath -Thirteen Ghosts -The Cabin In The Woods -Get Out -Event Horizon -The Craft -House on Haunted Hill Great list! A lot of those films are each a perfect fit to be TFTC episodes. Since seeing Get Out, my mother and I have always thought that the film would make a great TFTC episode. Especially the way it ended and the morality behind the film. Btw, I just want to welcome you here. I know this is a couple of months too late but thank you for having me!!

The original! Vincent Price style! Now that I think about it, the remake could also do alright due to how campy it is. But preferably Price

In The Mouth Of Madness by John Carpener is a bit EC-like as well in hindsight. It's heavily influenced by the works of H.P. Lovecraft but also has some characteristics of EC Horror comics. Carpenter himself grew up an EC fan so it's no surprise at all he may have intentionally worked in some EC-like aspects.
