Wow. I'm so sorry that he had dealt with those serious health issues. RIP Aron Eisenberg

I wouldn't be surprised sadly if at his advancing age his health issues became more severe. Your body isn't what it used to be when it hits a certain age, and that can unfortunately include weakened defenses. Going by his positive demeanor he seemed intent on living life to the fullest and letting nothing keep him down.

There's a podcast he hosted called The 7th Rule that's Star Trek-oriented, that's been paying tribute to him all month long. Nice to see he's being remembered like this.

Just recently they did an episode with Terry Farrell, who portrayed Dax on DS9 but to Horror fans is probably better-remembered as Hellraiser III's Joey. Really enjoyed this interview and hearing her memories of working with Aron. Seemed like they had a good working relationship and an even better friendship.

Been thinking of starting a seperate sub-forum on here for discussion of the individual TFTC episodes and having the General forum be for general TFTC discussion pertaining to TFTC as a whole. What do you all think of this?

A fan-made level for Duke Nukem 3D that re-creates none other than Crypty's mansion. It's not a 100% spot-on replica obviously, but an admirable attempt and it's cool hearing the TFTC theme there. Too bad Crypty doesn't appear.

Happy 80th birthday to Lance Henriksen. He was in two classic TFTC episode (Cutting Cards and Yellow) and his film career speaks for itself with the likes of Aliens, The Terminator, Pumpkinhead, Hard Target and scores of others. I've long been a fan of his and have grown up watching him in so much over the years. Best wishes for a very happy birthday and that he's in excellent health and has many more years left of life.

He was also the lead in the excellent TV series, Millennium. He's a very accomplished and talented voice actor as well.

Oh yeah I forgot about Millenium. I was in high school when that show was on but I only saw it periodically.

It's an excellent show and well worth re-visiting. I own all three seasons and have been meaning to re-binge it. Shame it never achieved the same level of popularity and success as The X-Files.

Yeah I think HBO got really big during that time because I watched Oz and the Sopranos mostly. It’s funny because when Tales From the Crypt came out HBO didn’t have a lot of tv show programming until the late 90s then it got big

TFTC probably helped HBO a lot back then to become the big network it is now, and it's sadly never been given the proper credit it truly deserves.
