Was there ever one? I know there was a pinball machine game, but it really seems like there should have been a platform game at one point, especially considering how they tried to market the franchise towards kids in a lot of ways.

I would have liked to have seen a TFTC slot machine.

Posted a thread a while ago about an unmade TFTC computer game. Really a shame that game got cancelled as it looked interesting. I'm surprised we never got a TFTC game either back in the day, or at least one based off of the animated series. If a TFTC game was made, how would it be? Would you control the Crypt Keeper and would he somehow be the playable protagonist?

Well I imagine it would have had the player control the Cryptkeeper, most likely a kid-friendly, cuddly version of him like in the cartoon.

I think so as well. I wonder if such a game was planned back then. A platformer/side-scroller than would've been based off of the animated series. It's very possible it may have been planned but ended up getting cancelled.

That was looking awesome. What a shame this game never saw the light of day.

I almost made a thread on this! 😋
I am so excited for this!! As I already told the owner of the forum, there is even new information on this game that I reported on.
Eric Nadler, who was one of the designers for INSCAPE, got in contact with The Retroist. The Retroist wrote an article on my videos and Mr. Nadler commented saying that he and a friend of his, (at the request of fans) could give us a viewing of the completed game. Nadler states that his friend has a pc museum and he is in New York.

The above videos posted are from your excellent YouTube channel. Welcome to the forum (or the crypt, more appropriately) That'd be the coolest thing if we could see footage of the completed game, someday. So much time and hard work went into it and the least that could be done is for the footage of the gameplay to finally be showcased for fans to see.

I gravely appreciate it. And thank you as well for the warm welcome in to the Crypt. Agreed, I would love to see a full playthrough of the game, and see it uploaded in HD format. I managed to locate Mr. Nadler on his LinkedIn and Facebook, so I am trying to work something out with him to see a full playthrough.

I hope it happens. It'd be great if we can finally see what this game would've been like all these years later. The crew who worked so hard on it deserve that much.
