90s Sci-Fi Channel Poltergeist Spoof

I've been looking forever to try and find this TV ad that aired in late 1999 when the Sci-Fi Channel started airing reruns of TFTC. I recall the ad spoofs Poltergeist and starts out with a long-haired figure sitting in front of a TV with static and the camera slowly pans behind the figure. We think it's Carol Anne from Poltergeist but as we get right behind the figure the heads pans to reveal none other than the Crypt Keeper, saying "I'm here!"
I remember the ad scared me so bad when I caught it and I was afraid to watch the Sci-Fi Channel for a while after it for fear I'd see the Crypt Keeper on there. I've been trying to find it online for a long time but no luck. The Shining spoof ad that Sci-Fi aired was found sometime ago but still no sign of the Poltergeist one and I've been searching all-around for 90s Sci-Fi ads to see if I can find it, with no luck so far. Anyone remember this ad or even have it uploaded?
