What is your favourite episode intro?
I think I would pick the one with Crypty in a ski resort (I think it was from Came the Dawn in Season 6)as my favourite, I guess I liked seeing him in a different environment for once, and him waving to that girl passing by was kinda cute.

You're talking about a favorite CK segment, right? I mean the show itself only has one intro.

Probably the one for Dig That Cat... He's Real Gone. The atmosphere of it really makes it and Crypty himself comes off as very scary. In some ways it feels like the definitive Crypt Keeper moment to me.

This may sound weird, but the way that intro plays out almost makes it feel like that should have been in the first episode instead of what we got in "The Man Who Was Death".

I actually agree. I wonder if perhaps that episode was originally intended to be the series opener? The way the intro comes off it definitely seems as such, as you said.

It'd make sense the way the intros are. DTCHRG really feels like the beginning of the show in a lot of ways.

It 's probably just the intro itself, it sort of feels like the genesis of the Crypt Keeper and the show as a whole.
