You may recall at the very end of Demon Knight, Crypty says the next TFTC Presents movie will be called Dead Easy and it's coming soon to a theater near you. Unfortunately this wasn't to be the next TFTC film and we wound up with Bordello Of Blood instead. There's very little known about the originally planned second TFTCP film, but this article from the archived TFTC fanpage seems to have the most information for the time being.
Really a shame it didn't happen, reading on what it was originally supposed to be like, it sounds like it would've been much better than BOB and more in-tune with the EC feel. Who knows if it may have performed much better commercially back then as well.
