Your TFTC Introduction/Memories

How did you first become a TFTC fan and how were you introduced to the show?
I turned 2 years old in June of 1989 just a few days before the show premiered on HBO. I had a fairly permissive mother who let me watch most Horror movies and she was fine with me watching TFTC. I remember as a kid the Crypt Keeper terrified me so bad I couldn't watch the show and was always afraid to have the TV on HBO for fear of seeing a promo with him. It took me many years to get over my fear of him but I grew to love the show and it became my favorite show ever.
