They probably will be in due time. Not sure on the date. If anything, it would tie in with the release of a new film or TV show.

Episode XI isn't out until next December so surely it would be well before then.

Well plenty of time to come up with new episodes by then if new episodes are going to be made. I think the episodes with Qi'ra from Solo and Rose and Finn from Last Jedi were made prior to the release of those two films or close to them.

There's no reason for them not to make more episodes with the newest film being more than an entire year away.

Probably in November or so I'll resume watching more of these shorts as now I'm in a Horror mood for the coming Halloween season. I've been busy watching Horror documentaries and specials to warm up for my extensive Horror film and show watching I've got planned for this September and October. But come November I'll probably be in a Star Wars mood again since I plan to rewatch Solo and will certainly re-visit the FOD shorts.

As many as need be I definitely plan to resume after I'm done with my Halloween viewing throughout October. Maybe we'll get an announcement of a DVD or Blu-ray release by then. If we have the two Ewok films available on home formats I see no reason this can't be, either. |

I think Solo has already gotten a DVD/Blu-ray release date. It's probably in October if my guessing is correct. I know it should be out before the holidays.

Release date for Solo on DVD and Blu-ray is September 25th. Pretty insane how short the wait for a movie to hit home formats is these days, I remember the days of months upon months of waiting after the theatrical release.

Yeah, the window has gotten smaller. But I don't think people will complain in the grand scheme of things since they don't have to wait so long for a movie they like.

Episodes of the show are available on Xfinity Comcast if you want to watch them in addition to being online.
