I meant to see if things change on it overtime. The movie hasn't even been out a year and a lot of the reception has been from the initial release.

What I meant is years from now. It hasn't been out a year but things could shift a bit as time goes by. Right now a lot of the reactions are still fresh.

It's like the fanbase is never pleased no matter what. It's not even worth listening to so many of them anymore at this rate.
Not yet had a chance to check the rest out but I aim to, as I said I've liked what I've seen so far.

We could get that one "perfect" SW film and fans will still find things to nitpitck and complain about. It's like so many of them go into the newest film wanting to dislike it right away and find things to complain about. I go in just expecting to be entertained and so far every SW film has done exactly that for me.
I will, I do plan to check the others out. Likely next time I have a day off again, which are getting fewer and farther between now.

Well many fans feel we've already had a "perfect" one with Empire and keep trying to go for some false hope that we'll get another "Empire".

I haven't forgotten about the shorts, just been super busy lately and am getting so little in the way of free time. I'll probably start over with the shorts to refresh myself on them and go through the remainder.

The shorts are 2-3 minutes long so there's no reason why you can't watch them.
