It's always enjoyable to discover an older film that's evaded you for one reason or another, and when you finally see it it delivers.

Yeah even though I’m a classic cinema buff there are still so many I’m discovering and are really great. Growing up I watched Turner Classic Films with my grandfather. In the 90’s they had Monstervision on AMC where they showed the universal monster films and Hammer Films

I think you meant MonsterFest, I remember when AMC had that back in the early 2000s. TNT had MonsterVision hosted by Joe Bob Briggs.

I loved both back in the day along with USA Up All Night. I miss the days of Horror-themed programming blocks. I remember in New York at the time WPIX on Channel 11 showed Horror films frequently, like nearly every other weekend. Someone in charge at that station back then must've been a big Horror fan.
