I got mine done on a Saturday which is good because I didn’t have to take a PTO day and could use it toward my regular vacation

I went early to get mine too, just before the PM hours, it was good to get it over with before the crowds got too big.

I go for my second and last Pfizer vaccination tomorrow. Can't wait to be fully vaxxed and have this over with. I'll still wear my mask whenever necessary as you can still get the virus even fully vaxxed, and I don't want to take my chances. All the moreso since I live in a major tourist city that draws people from all over the world (Las Vegas, to be specific). We open at 100% capacity tomorrow and I want myself fully innoculated by then.

Good luck. I got the J and J shot back in March. I only wear my mask when I have to like at the office for work but now that I’m vaccinated less and less. I went up the movies yesterday for the first time in almost a year and you did t have to wear a mask if vaccinated which was great and it felt like normal again for 90 minutes at least 😂

At my theater you still have to wear the mask no matter what, which is annoying but I get it's a necessity for health and safety reason.

The Alamo near me is reopening in July and since I’m a monthly member they sent an email telling us the new guidelines. You have to wear a mask except when you eat.

Same at my theater, unless you're eating or drinking, you must wear a mask. At least my theater is nicely air-conditioned so you don't feel as if you're suffocating.

Yeah yesterday we were sitting pretty much by ourselves so it wasn’t like we were in close proximity to others

Social distancing is still being implemented at my theater, and I honestly feel it's a good thing it still is. Even with vaccines I find I don't want to get too close to anybody.

Yeah I’m fine with it. Never been a fan of strangers being so close anyway to be honest

Me neither, and in theaters I hate when you're so close you can hear people munching on their popcorn or sipping their drinks. Always so annoying and distracting.

Yeah one thing about the Alamo is that when you’re in the smaller theaters it can get very cramped. Even in the big ones it can get that was. You don’t have a lot of disco since the table is there and whatnot

For a long time my theater was more of an old-fashioned one but back in 2015 after some heavy renovations they implemented reclining leather seats. Way more comfortable.

Yup the one I went to have those where you can put your feet up very comfortable

I always do that. There's times I've gotten so relaxed I've come close to dozing off and have to sort of force myself awake to keep watching the film.
